Michael Katz

Mr. Katz is practicing attorney in Colorado and is a senior partner and managing member of Corporon & Katz, LLC.

Mr. Katz has been practicing law for over thirty years during which time he has limited his practice to the areas of franchise, real estate and business law. He represents franchisors and franchisees from around the United States and has clients in Europe and Australia. He is an active member of the American Bar Association subcommittees on Franchising and Business and is also a member of the International Franchise Association (IFA) which is the premier industry group in the franchising world. He holds the designation of Certified Franchise Executive that is awarded by the IFA to those who have met the program’s stringent education and participation criteria. In his spare time, Mr. Katz likes to read, participate in triathlons, sail and spend time with family and friends.
