With a passion for entrepreneurship, Ron directs overall strategy at Insight Professional Services, an accounting and financial services firm, to provide practical and impactful solutions for business owners and management teams. Originally trained in large company operations during his tenure with Deloitte, a Big 4 audit and advisory services firm, Ron rounded out his expertise with emerging company operations and developed a deep-rooted connection with entrepreneurs, through a variety of positions with notable venture capital firms in Southern California. And having worked in direct CFO and COO roles at venture-backed and privately-owned start-up companies, Ron understands the pitfalls and hardships of small business operations and has amassed a collection of tools, tricks and resources to help companies overcome hurdles while managing growth. Ron lives and works in downtown Denver, CO
