Dr. Nina Radojevich-Kelley

Nina Radojevich-Kelley, PhD has taught at the collegiate level for the past twelve years.  She is a full-time tenure-track faculty member in the Department of Management at Metro State College of Denver.  Her primary teaching specialty and focus is in entrepreneurship. Throughout her career, she has taught a multitude of business classes including: Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurs: Cases and Studies, Entrepreneurial Plan Writing, Introduction to Business, Organizational Management, International Business, Sport Marketing, Sport Management, Leadership, Ethics in Business, International Marketing and Human Resource Management.

Nina authored a book on high performance teams and has published articles in various journals. She has presented her research at a number of small business, entrepreneurship and sport management conferences through the years.  In addition, Nina has been a small business owner and entrepreneur for the past sixteen years.  She was President of a small international engineering firm in Texas, which she recently sold.  Currently, she co-owns a software development company called IonGlyph (www.ionglyph.com) in Boulder, Colorado. 

Lastly, she has conducted a number of workshops pertaining to entrepreneurship, curriculum design, and innovation in teaching at various business conferences. Currently, she is working on a number of research articles pertaining to entrepreneurship, international entrepreneurship and small business management. 

When she is not working, Nina is dedicated to raising her two children and competing in marathons, triathlons and other long-distance sporting events.
